What is microneedling?

Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that stimulates your skin’s natural healing process, promoting collagen and elastin production. This treatment can improve skin texture, tone, and overall appearance, making it a popular choice for skin rejuvenation.

Microneedling uses a device with fine, sterile needles to create tiny micro-injuries in the skin. These miro-injuries cause increased collagen production and improved skin regeneration. Plasma rich platelet (PRP) can be added to boost collagen production.

Over time, several benefits may be seen including reduced fine lines and wrinkles, improvement in acne scars and texture, fading hyper pigmentation, improved skin elasticity and even stretch marks.

Microneedling is suitable for most skin types and is an excellent option for individuals looking to improve skin texture and tone without significant downtime. It is not recommended for those with active acne, infections, or certain skin conditions.
